Commercial Law - Telephone and Mail Solicitation Privacy Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from making or causing to be made a telephone solicitation to a telephone number that appears on the Telephone Solicitation Privacy List; prohibiting a person from making or causing to be made a mail solicitation to a residential addressee whose name and address appear on the Mail Solicitation Privacy List; requiring the Division of Consumer Protection of the Office of the Attorney General to maintain the Telephone Solicitation Privacy List and the Mail Solicitation Privacy List; etc.
