Establishing an Advisory Commission on Internet Privacy to examine issues relating to privacy on the internet, including the extent to which on-line consumer privacy should be protected, whether there should be limits on disclosure for internet service providers, and on-line services of personally identifiable information, and ways to protect expectations of privacy in light of technological development; providing for the membership and duties of the Commission; etc.
