Requiring a unit owner to pay the council of unit owners' property insurance deductible when the damage originates from the unit of the owner; authorizing the council of unit owners to opt out of certain provisions of law; limiting the monetary liability of a unit owner; requiring the council of unit owners to provide notice to a unit owner of the potential liability for the property insurance deductible; authorizing the council to assess a unit owner; etc.
