St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission - Purpose, Intent, and Function

Synopsis:

Clarifying the purpose, intent, and function of the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission; designating the Commission, at its option, as the exclusive provider of water and sewer services within St. Mary's County, except where such services are intended for private properties under a single ownership, provided through facilities owned by the State or an instrumentality of the State, or provided through facilities owned by a municipal corporation; and making stylistic and technical changes.
