Synopsis:

Requiring a party who intends to introduce in evidence, without the support of specified providers' testimony, a writing or record of a health care provider, or a paid bill for goods or services, to file a notice of service and a list that identifies each writing, record, or bill with the court rather than file a copy of the writing, record, or bill; and requiring the party to serve notice of the party's intent to introduce the evidence, a copy of the list, and a copy of the writing, record, or bill on specified other parties.
