Clarifying the authority of the Montgomery County Board of License
Commissioners to impose fines, suspensions, and revocations on Class C
special licensees who violate alcoholic beverages laws; prohibiting
the Board from issuing a license to persons whose special license has
been revoked; and prohibiting the Board from issuing a special license
for premises that have had a special license revoked within the
previous 6 months.
