Synopsis:

Requiring the board of education in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County to establish a juvenile justice alternative education program for suspended and expelled students; authorizing two or more county boards to establish juvenile justice alternative education programs for their joint use; authorizing a county board to select a private agency to administer a juvenile justice alternative education program; etc.
