Synopsis:

Requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) to submit a plan of system repairs scheduled for the next 3 years to certain counties, municipal corporations, and homeowner corporations by September 1 of each year; requiring the WSSC to consult with the affected counties and corporations before submitting the plan; requiring the plan to include certain information; requiring the WSSC to submit a list of nonemergency system repairs made that were not included in the plan of scheduled repairs; etc.
