Establishing a regional economic competitiveness program in the Department of Business and Economic Development for specified purposes; establishing a Regional Economic Competitiveness Fund in the Department; specifying eligibility requirements for payments from the Fund to specified local jurisdictions or regional partnerships; authorizing the Department to determine specified priorities in determining the eligibility of local jurisdictions or regional partnerships that apply for moneys from the Fund; etc.
