Private Home Detention - Minimum System Requirements

Synopsis:

Clarifying the minimum standards that private home detention systems must meet, including being able to immediately detect the presence or absence of an individual subject to home detention, being able to immediately report to a monitoring agency, and being able to maintain verified routine or random contact with the individual; defining the terms "home detention" and "intensive monitoring"; etc.
