Education - Early Childhood - Home Visiting

Synopsis:

Establishing a Program for Family Supported Early Childhood Development and Education that emphasizes home visiting; designating the State Department of Education as the agency supervising the Program; prohibiting awards under the Act from supplanting other funding for compensatory education programs; providing the basis for award distribution; and requiring the Governor to include funds for the Program in the annual budget.
