Public Service Commission - Funding and Personnel

Synopsis:

Establishing the Public Service Commission Fund (PSC) for specified purposes; providing for the funding of costs and expenses of the PSC in a specified manner and subject to a specified limit; authorizing the PSC to alter the salary plan and classes of PSC personnel, subject to specified review; providing that specified PSC personnel are in specified services or are special appointments in the State Personnel Management System; requiring a specified annual report; etc.
