Entitled:
Business and Economic Development - Maryland Industrial Land Act and Maryland Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment Fund

Synopsis:

Repealing the Maryland Industrial Land Act; repealing a reference to the Maryland Industrial Land Act as a fund within the Department of Business and Economic Development; providing that moneys on deposit in the Industrial Land Fund shall be transferred to the Maryland Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment Fund on a certain date; providing that assets, liabilities, and equity attributable to the Industrial Land Fund shall be transferred to the Redevelopment Fund on a certain date; etc.
