Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Natural Resources to delegate the authority to issue hunting or fishing licenses to a person; prohibiting the Secretary from delegating the authority to issue certain fishing or hunting licenses to a clerk of a circuit court; repealing provisions allowing certain clerks to issue fishing or hunting licenses; and repealing provisions requiring clerks of courts to transmit specified money to the Department of Natural Resources.
