Synopsis:

Authorizing a court in a custody or visitation proceeding to order a party who has unjustifiably denied or interfered with visitation rights to pay to the other party the reasonable expenses, including lost wages and travel expenses, incurred by the other party in attending the custody or visitation proceeding.
