Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Storage of Flammable Liquids

Synopsis:

Prohibiting in Baltimore City an alcoholic beverages licensee from storing an alcoholic beverage that is classified as a Class 3 flammable liquid under the Baltimore City Fire Prevention Code in private areas on the licensed premises; authorizing a licensee to display for sale an alcoholic beverage that is classified as a Class 3 flammable liquid in a public area on the licensed premises; and authorizing the Baltimore City Board of License Commissioners to adopt specified regulations.
