Tobacco Tax

Synopsis:

Increasing the tobacco tax on cigarettes and imposing the tobacco tax on cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, and other tobacco products; specifying who must collect and pay the taxes and when they must be paid; allowing the seizure of certain untaxed tobacco products; and providing for a phase in period for the increase.
