Entitled:
Public Schools - Integrated Pest Management

Synopsis:

Extending the applicability of the integrated pest management systems adopted by the county boards of education to school grounds; providing for specified types of notice to be given before the application of pesticides on school grounds under specified circumstances; requiring the Department of Agriculture to develop uniform standards and criteria for implementing integrated pest management for school grounds by March 15, 2001; etc.
