Requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to require an individual who seeks assignment as a court interpreter to apply to the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository for a State and national criminal history records check; requiring the submission of specified fingerprints and payment of specified fees by the applicant; requiring the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository to provide the applicant's criminal history record information to the Administrative Office of the Courts and to the applicant; etc.
