Requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations that provide hospital, medical, or surgical benefits to allow a woman to receive routine gynecological care from an obstetric/gynecologic provider without requiring the woman to visit a primary care provider first under specified circumstances; etc.
