Synopsis:

Allowing a covered employee of a subcontractor or the employee's personal representative or relative to bring a workers' compensation claim or an action for damages against a principal contractor or another subcontractor of the principal contractor if injury or death was the result of negligence by the principal contractor or other subcontractor.
