Fraud - Personal Identifying Information

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent possessing, obtaining, or using an individual's personal identification information for fraudulent purposes without the consent of that individual or the individual's agent; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; and providing for concurrent jurisdiction for the felonious crimes in the Act in the District Court and circuit courts.
