Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "dealer" to include dealers of personal sportsmobiles in Title 19 of the Commercial Law Article, which relates to equipment dealer contracts; and defining "personal sportsmobile" to mean an all-terrain vehicle, a motorcycle, a snowmobile, and a personal watercraft.
