Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Royal Theater Marquee Monument Project

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $105,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Pennsylvania Ave. Committee, Inc. for any necessary land acquisition, as well as the planning, designing, and construction of the Royal Theater Marquee Monument, a structure that will express the spirit of a unique cultural place, while serving as a gateway to the future of Pennsylvania Avenue.
