Tobacco Settlement Moneys - Appropriation to the University of Maryland Medical System Greenebaum Cancer Center

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to appropriate in the annual operating budget, beginning with a certain fiscal year and through a certain fiscal year, a certain amount of money for the University of Maryland Medical System Greenebaum Cancer Center to be dedicated for cancer research and treatment from funds the State receives annually from the Master Settlement Agreement entered into between the State and the major tobacco manufacturers.
