Campaign Finance Reports - Use of Electronic Medium for Submission

Synopsis:

Specifying that all campaign finance reports required to be filed with the State Board of Elections before November 1, 2000 shall be submitted on a diskette; and allowing campaign finance reports beginning in November 2000 to be filed with the State Board of Elections using any electronic medium approved by the State Board.
