Security Systems Technicians - Registration Requirements and Procedures

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that an applicant seeking to register as a security systems technician provide two letters of recommendation; allowing a person seeking to renew a registration as a security systems technician to submit payment for the cost of a national criminal records check to a licensed security systems agency for forwarding to the Secretary of the State Police; authorizing the Secretary of the State Police to create an advisory panel to conduct certain hearings on behalf of the Secretary; etc.
