Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Planning to annually survey specified governmental units and compile specified information on group homes located around the State; defining "group home"; requiring the Office to create a color-coded map that illustrates the location of the different categories of group homes within the State; and requiring the General Assembly, the State, and local jurisdictions to use the data and map for specified purposes.
