Synopsis:

Prohibiting a local government from printing or having printed a local government employee's Social Security number on any type of identification card; prohibiting public institutions of higher education from printing or having printed an employee's or a student's Social Security number on any type of identification card; prohibiting public schools from printing or having printed a student's Social Security number on any type of identification card; etc.
