Synopsis:

Prohibiting smoking in a public park or recreational facility owned by the State, a county, a municipal corporation, or a bicounty agency; providing a $25 civil penalty for smoking in a public park or recreational facility; requiring a supervisor of a public park to provide for the posting and placement of conspicuous signs that clearly indicate that smoking is not permitted in a public park or recreational facility; etc.
