Environment - Motor Vehicle Fuel - Sulfur Content

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from manufacturing, selling, or offering for sale specified motor vehicle fuels under specified circumstances and after specified dates; establishing limits for the sulfur content of motor vehicle gasoline and diesel fuel; making specified requirements subject to specified contingencies; requiring the Department of the Environment to adopt regulations and report to the General Assembly at specified times; and generally relating to the sulfur content in motor vehicle fuels.
