Criminal Sentencing - Custodial Confinement as a Condition of Probation

Synopsis:

Allowing a court as a condition of a suspended sentence or probation to order a person to a term of custodial confinement for a specified term under specified circumstances; clarifying that a term of imprisonment or custodial confinement does not limit the court's authority to order other terms of a suspended sentence or probation under specified circumstances; providing that any time served in imprisonment or custodial confinement shall be credited against specified sentences under specified circumstances; etc.
