Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor of Highland Beach and the Board of Commissioners of Anne Arundel County for the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of the historic structure of the existing Town Hall and for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new facility for the Town Hall of Highland Beach, located at 3243 Walnut Drive, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
