Drivers' Licenses - Graduated Licensing System - Provisional Licenses - Restrictions Applicable to Minors

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose additional provisional driver's license restrictions pertaining to passengers who are under the age of 21 and specified occupants of a motor vehicle; extending specified sanctions to violations of specified license restrictions; and limiting the application of the Act.
