Vehicle Laws - Transfer of Registration - Transfers Between Minors and Parents and Guardians

Synopsis:

Authorizing the transferee, in the case of a vehicle transfer between a minor and the minor's parent or guardian or between specified adults and a parent or guardian, to continue to display on the vehicle the same registration plates that were on the vehicle before the transfer; and providing that with specified exceptions transfers of title or ownership interests in a vehicle between a minor and the minor's parent or guardian shall be treated the same as other vehicle transfers.
