Synopsis:

Clarifying that the provisions of Chapter 38 of the Laws of Maryland of 1999 relating to the waiver of education qualifications for a limited license to practice dentistry may be applied to general licensee applicants who fulfill existing requirements provided in law, are enrolled in a residency program at the University of Maryland Dental School on or before July 1, 1998, and are examined by the State Board of Dental Examiners on or before December 31, 2000.
