Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Aunt Hattie's Place, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, repair, renovation, and capital equipping of a building for Aunt Hattie's Place, a nonprofit home for boys in foster care, to be located at 4403 Maine Avenue in Baltimore, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
