Altering provisions relating to the Maryland Human Relations Commission; clarifying that specified documents be certified to the general counsel; requiring the Executive Director to serve and issue written notice; providing that an administrative law judge hear specified cases; expanding relief to include compensatory damages for an individual; authorizing the award of attorney and expert witness fees to the Commission; altering the jurisdiction of the Commission over specified employers; etc.
