Public Technology Center Advisory Commission - Establishment

Synopsis:

Establishing the Technology Center Advisory Commission and the Technology Center Development Fund under the Department of Business and Economic Development; requiring the Commission to develop a program and make grants to implement and maintain a statewide network of technology centers; requiring the Commission to solicit grant proposals, administer the Fund, and develop criteria for evaluating grant proposals; and authorizing a county to submit a proposal for funding a technology center.
