Tobacco Products - Sale by Vending Machines

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale or offer for sale of tobacco products by specified vending machines or other mechanical devices; establishing a penalty for violation of the Act; repealing provisions of law that provide an exception to a penalty for a specified sale of a tobacco product by the owner of a tobacco product vending machine; exempting bona fide fraternal or veterans organizations from the Act; etc.
