Tax Credit for Gun Safety Devices

Synopsis:

Providing that an individual may claim a credit against the State income tax in an amount equal to 50% of the purchase price of one gun safe or one or more firearm locking devices purchased during the taxable year; providing for specified limitations on the tax credit; etc.
