Synopsis:

Requiring a local law enforcement agency on written request to send a copy of the registration statement for all registrants, not just child sexual offenders and sexually violent predators, on record with the law enforcement agency to the person who submitted the request; and generally relating to disclosure of registration statements of offenders and sex offenders.
