Health Insurance - Small Group Market - Modifications

Synopsis:

Altering the number of eligible employees that a person may employ to be considered a small employer for the purpose of small group market health insurance; eliminating self-employed individuals from being considered small employers; altering the rate a carrier may charge above or below the community rate; and limiting the amount of coverage for prescription drugs that may be offered in the Standard Plan.
