Synopsis:

Requiring an individual to register with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation before the individual may engage in the business of performing home inspections in the State; requiring a home inspector to provide specified information to the Department; requiring the Department to maintain a list of registered home inspectors; authorizing the Department to release the list to the public; and defining specified terms.
