Synopsis:

Requiring the Emergency Medical Services Board to revoke the license or certificate of an emergency medical services provider, deny a license or certificate to an applicant, or refuse to renew a license or certificate of an applicant who has been convicted of specified sexual offenses; making provisions of the Act severable; etc.
