Juvenile Law - Confinement of Children in Adult Correctional Facilities

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a child from being held in an adult correctional facility or from being transported with adults who have been charged with or convicted of a crime unless the child is charged as an adult with a crime and is convicted of the crime; etc.
