Criminal Law - Mandatory Sentences for Drug-Related Offenses - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing specified penalty provisions which provide for mandatory minimum sentences for specified drug-related offenses; altering specified penalties for specified offenses to provide mandatory maximums; and repealing mandatory minimum sentences for specified subsequent offender provisions.
