Crack Cocaine Equitable Sentencing Act

Synopsis:

Repealing the provision of law that subjects a person who is convicted of a violation involving a specified amount of crack cocaine to a specified fine and a specified mandatory minimum term of imprisonment with, except under a specified circumstance, no opportunity for parole.
