Requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for hearing aids for children if the hearing aid is prescribed, fitted, and dispensed by a licensed audiologist; requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for treatment relating to the child's hearing impairment and hearing aids; etc.
