Retirement and Pensions - Membership in a State System - Dual Employment

Synopsis:

Providing that a member of a system of the State Retirement and Pension System of Maryland may not receive eligibility service or creditable service from more than one State system for the same period of time; requiring members who are employed in more than one position that requires participation in more than one State system to participate as a member only in one State system, and to elect the system in which the member will participate; etc.
